Q. The last time I need assistance when my car lift became faulty it took a week for an engineer to arrive and this was part of the contract. How quick do you get to you customers of they have any technical issues with their lifts?
A. If it has been installed by one of our dealers normally they will come to site within 2 working days depending on your location

Q. Looking to fit a small car lift outside. The lift will be sheltered from above but not from the sides. Are the lifts able to withstand the cold/wet weather.
A. Not many are designed for outside use the best option is our mobile 3 ton mid rise scissor lift which means you can take it back inside at night Give me a call if you want discuss further
