What’s the difference in cost between a dumbwaiter and a larger service lift?

Q. I am trying to find out the differnce in cost between fitting a dumbwaiter and a larger service lift. At my premises I will need to move larger goods as well as cooked food and thought it may be better to fit a service lift instead of a dumbwaiter. The lift will not need to carry people, only goods but as the work needs to be done I may be prepared to spend extra to get the right lift. Thanks for your help.

A. Innovate Lifting Systems have many options regarding dumb waiter lifts, service lifts and goods lifts. As you will see, Innovate Lifting Systems offers a wide range of  ifts suitable for installation in a variety of locations.  Our lifts are designed to offer fantastic functionality, whilst not sacrificing style.  We provide simple solutions tailored to your needs along with the requirements of both The Discrimination Act and Part M of the Building Regulations.

What does lift stopping and leveling accuracy actually mean?

Q. What does stopping and leveling accuracy actually mean? Why is the leveling allowance of +-20mm greater than the stopping accuracy of +-10mm?

A. Thank Yoy for your e-mail. The leveling allowance is greater than the stopping accuracy because of weight/load?Please do not hesitate to call Innovate Lifting Systems for more information.
